1. What the Service does

GrabVideo is a tool that reads a publicly accessible web address you provide and shows you the direct addresses of the media files published at that address. Downloads are performed by your own browser, directly from the website that hosts the content. Joining video and audio streams and converting audio happen on your device.

GrabVideo does not host, upload, store, cache or redistribute any video, audio or image file.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Your responsibility for content

You may only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed for download, or that the rights holder has allowed you to save. You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of any content complies with copyright law, privacy law and the terms of the website the content comes from.

GrabVideo does not check, approve or claim any rights in content that is available through third-party websites.

4. Things you must not do

• Use the Service to infringe copyright or any other right, or to obtain private content you are not authorised to access.
• Send automated or bulk requests, use bots or scrapers, or try to get around rate limits, advertising or security measures.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or attack the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.

5. Third-party websites and trademarks

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X, Twitter, Vimeo, Dailymotion, VK, Pinterest, Reddit and all other names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. GrabVideo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Names are used only to describe which links the tool works with.

Third-party websites can change or block access to their content at any time. We cannot guarantee that a given link will work.

6. Advertising

The Service is free and may display advertising, including in the loading window shown while a link is processed. Advertisers are responsible for their own content.

7. Privacy

To process a request we receive the link you paste and technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We use this data only to answer the request, to choose your language, to prevent abuse and to keep the Service secure, and we do not sell it. Short-lived server logs are deleted automatically. A cookie may store your language choice. Advertising partners may use their own cookies under their own policies.

8. Copyright requests

Because GrabVideo does not host any files, removing content must be requested from the website that hosts it. If you are a rights holder, you can also ask us to stop processing specific links by writing to [email protected] with the links concerned and proof of your rights.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GrabVideo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or any damage arising from your use of the Service or of content obtained through it.

11. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms. We may block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
