Your downloads never touch our servers

GrabVideo only looks up where a video lives. The file itself travels directly from the platform to your browser, and joining video with audio or converting to MP3 happens on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, stored or kept.

Questions people ask

Is GrabVideo free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no app to install and no watermark. Fair-use limits only apply to stop automated abuse.

Do you store the videos I download?

No. Our server only reads the link to find the video addresses. Your browser downloads the file directly from the platform, so we never host, copy or keep it.

Which sites are supported?

Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, Threads, Reddit, Pinterest, Vimeo, Dailymotion, VK, most news websites and more than a thousand other video sites.

Why does a download say “video + audio joined in your browser”?

Some sites, such as Reddit and Vimeo, send picture and sound as two separate files. GrabVideo downloads both and joins them into one MP4 right on your device.

Can I download private videos?

No. Only videos that anyone can open without logging in can be downloaded.

Where do downloaded files go?

On computers and Android they go to your Downloads folder. On iPhone and iPad, Safari saves them to the Files app → Downloads.

Is downloading videos allowed?

Download only videos you own or have permission to save, and respect copyright and each platform’s rules. You are responsible for how you use the files.
